I was advised to make the info graphic above simpler and easier to understand. But the point is this, there’s Tinder and then there is everyone else.

Here’s something interesting. An unknown German app called Jaumo (operated by just 2 people!) has managed to take almost all of TrulyMadly’s market share away. See below

Ouch.

Entrepreneurs beware, in pure tech plays Indian & Foreign companies are on a level playing field. Market share can be lost just as easily to foreign players as it can to Indian companies. Your competitive set is now global.

We increasingly see global companies focusing more and more on the Indian market. Both NewsDog & BIGO are examples of this.
